This content is protected by copyright and is not licensed under the MIT License. Its use, reproduction, or distribution is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

3. Third-Party Open Source Components

Our platform is built using various open-source libraries and frameworks. These components are governed by their own respective licenses. We gratefully acknowledge the contributions of the open-source community.

Key third-party components include:

  • Next.js (MIT License)
  • React (MIT License)
  • TypeScript (Apache License 2.0)
  • Tailwind CSS (MIT License)
  • Drizzle ORM (Apache License 2.0)
  • Other dependencies as listed in the project's package.json file.

All third-party libraries retain their original licenses. Please review the respective licenses for each dependency.

4. Required Third-Party Services

This product requires accounts with the following services:

  • Clerk (User authentication)
  • Neon (PostgreSQL database)
  • Stripe (Payment processing, OPTIONAL)

You are responsible for creating accounts, complying with their terms, and any costs associated with them.

5. Privacy & Data

This product processes user data including authentication, learning progress, and payment information. As the operator of an end product using the Software, you are responsible for implementing a privacy policy and complying with all data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
